Young Muslim immigrant killers deported from Denmark

Two young criminals have been sentenced to deportation to Turkey, after killing an Italian tourist in Copenhagen in 2003. Two teenagers were sentenced to deportation by the Supreme Court on Tuesday, for murdering an Italian tourist in Copenhagen's Nørrebro quarter in 2003. The cousins Hizir and Ferhat Kilic were 16 and 17 years old when they assaulted and stabbed a young Italian traveller, Antonio Currà, and left him to die on the street.

The court sentenced them to 10 and 8 years in prison for the murder, and to be deported to the country of their birth, Turkey, even though they had lived almost all their lives in Denmark. 'The deportation is ten times worse than the prison sentence,' Hizir Kilic told the court last week. 'I won't be able to go to Turkey and survive.' The cousins' defense attorneys tried in vain to convince the court's seven judges, that the boys' young age and strong roots in Denmark should exempt them from new laws, which allow courts to have criminal immigrants deported.

Two young Turks convicted of murder expelled from Denmark for life

In a historic ruling, the Danish Supreme Court on Tuesday decided to expel two young Turks, convicted of murdering an Italian tourist, from Denmark for life even though they have lived in the Scandinavian country their entire lives. The decision, which upholds a previous Appeals Court ruling, marks the first time criminals born and raised in Denmark have been expulsed from the country for life after serving their sentence.

One of the men, Hizir Kilic, was born in Denmark, while his cousin Ferhat Kilic came to the country when he was three. The two men were minors at the time of the crime, and had therefore not yet become Danish citizens, since anyone born to immigrant parents in Denmark must be at least 18 before requesting to become a national.

Good for Denmark.

"I wont be able to survive in Turkey." Well, he should have thought about that before he behaved like the very barbarians he's afraid of in Turkey.

Funny how these characters profess LOVE for their home culture and act out big time to show their Muslim roots, but actually LIVE in the beloved homeland?!! No way.

I have said this for a long time. Jailing muslims in the West for decades or even indefinitely, makes no impression on them. Immediate deportation though terrifies them. The Belmarsh detainees were perfectly free to return to their home countries but preferred to stay in jail in Britain.

A couple of Kosovans in Britain even converted to Christianity in the futile hope that will be allowed to stay. When still refused, they tried another tack - that they would be murdered back home because they converted.

The whole agenda is to increase the muslim population in the West till such time that muslim numbers alone allows the West to be declared dar ul islam. The time is not so far distant.

Further to how deportation frightens muslims more then any thing else.

For muslims, the option of deportation is not, as some assume, the deprivation of privileged existence that they have in the West. After all, for the Belmarsh detainees, it was certainly not a cushy option to lose freedom while in jail in the West, as opposed to freedom in their home countries.

What terrifies the islamist, is that they will not be able to continue the jihad in dar ul harb. No more opportunity to conduct jihad - Dawa even in jail. No jihad by way of hurting the kaffir economy as jailing such people is very expensive. And then the costs of millions of pounds in never ending legal appeals, is all jihad.

Then there are political factors. These people have thrown our whole system into confusion - see the confusion and division in Britain over the Belmarsh detainees- Magna Carta, Bill of Rights, all have been called into question, as the govt tries to find a way out.

They do not care for indefinite imprisonment, as it is trivial compared to the infinity of paradise that beckons, if they carry on the jihad. The islamists care nought for our constitutional and judicial systems, except as rope to hang us with. That is why they are so keen to stay in the West.

We in the West have no understanding of the menace that we have imported here.

I know it is something of a cliche, but it will be people like you and me deciding whether European civilization survives or not.

If occasion permits, and if the situation arises, I now even politely broach the threat of islam, even at dinner parties at home. Needless to say, I have permission from "you know who".

I agree with anonymous - there is a reason they left their country, you don't really have to think to hard about it. This needs to be the order of the day for every western country - you don't want to respect our country's laws - it's time to go back to your own. Do you think for one minute that you would be deported from Saudi Arabia for killing someone - hmmm.
